ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

TO PLACE AN ORDER
Most municipalities use vouchers or purchase orders. When placing an order over the telephone, by fax or email please include your voucher or purchase order number so your U.C.C. forms may be shipped without delay. When mailing in an order, please include your voucher or purchase order with your paperwork.

Please ask about adding your logo or information free of charge on any form.

SHIPPING
We ship all U.C.C. form orders via UPS. Please include your shipping address when placing your order. Post Office Boxes cannot be accepted for UPS shipments. (All orders of $100.00 and under will include a shipping charge.)

DELIVERY
ORDER BEFORE YOUR STOCK GETS TOO LOW! We print for many municipalities, contractors and ship by order date. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery; however, if all items are in stock, we will ship the same day when possible.

We are available to bid on other printed items that the municipalities and contractors may require or use. For all bids, please ask for  BO at 856-327-8366  Fax 856-327-8308
